Receiving the Ocotillo Elixir is truely a relief, a treat in itself. I greatfully read the story that comes along with it and commit to a 40 Day journey, a single drop a day. I ride many waves. I meet traumas in my body (that was my intention). Sexual abuse, abortion, a strong saturanian figure in my psyche that criticizes 24/7.
I remember (body memory alongsde with imagery) moments of my childhood that i seemingly had forgotten. Nice ones and tough ones. My dreams during the 40 Day portal are very vivid and it is through them that my entire being processes and releases pain that is stored in my body. A lot of it in my womb.
I am grateful for this medicine every day. I look forward to the moment of intake every single day. It is a compaion that takes me where i couldn't go alone. It allows me to have integrity with my very magical, mystical being that knows medicine making is sacred and that our bodies are sacred too. I didn't stumble upon circumstances and people that allowed me to process the next layer of my life and wounds in a way that felt authentic (in regards to the nature of my intention) until i met this offering.
I am working with my dreams & the plantqueendom for years, i am a movement practitioner, dancer, artist. Ocotillo took me deeper. It helps me strengthening my spiritual home and this very home that my body is. Two strong sensation that i had a couple of times, ecspecially in the beginning is a- that i felt as if i am sitting right in the center of a huge Ocotillo Plant communing with its spirit. Second is that i had the sensory experience of being a foggy cloud or the aura around the whole plant.
