I ordered a few flower essences recently and have to say I noticed the impact of White Rose almost immediately after using it. I've been in the midst of a challenging time where I've had to wait for a few weeks to deal with a significant situation in my life. I've found my mind spinning - constantly grasping at thoughts or fantasies or ways to make it feel like it has control over the situation (it doesn't - ha).
I took a few drops of White Rose before journaling this morning and immediately felt a sense of spaciousness and awareness as described. I felt like my mind was able to release the tension and stop the constant ruminating and I was able to simply be in the now. What a gift!
